We believe everyone deserves respect and attention … even the small guy … because we remember being the small guy.

RESOLVED by Texas Dealer Solutions (TDS), that the following Articles be proposed and accepted as a standard of doing business; viz.

 

Article the first… All people have intrinsic value and have the unalienable right to be treated with dignity and respect. This means providing exceptional customer service, showing courtesy, and always demonstrating empathy.

 

Article the second…  Customers are entitled to accessible service through our customer service representatives, our website, and through our payment platforms.

 

Article the third…  Payment issues and disagreements will be resolved through respectful conversations and mutual resolutions. The ultimate goal is to find a workable way to repay the loan. Courts are the option of last resort.

 

Article the fourth…  The right to support you in your native language.

 

Article the fifth… The right to be confident that your personal information will remain private and won’t be sold.
